Содержание

Программа подготовки к BEC включает задания на развитие чтения (Reading), письма (Writing), аудирования (Listening) и устной речи (Speaking) в рабочих ситуациях, т.е. умение понимать деловые тексты, корреспонденцию, рекламу, статьи, писать письма и отчеты, воспринимать на слух деловые монологи и диалоги, обсуждать связанные с работой темы.

4 части общей оценки

  • аудирование — проверка понимания устной речи на слух (Listening). В нем будет проверяться умение кандидата понимать общий смысл и подробности высказываний. В качестве заданий могут быть монологи, диалоги или отдельные высказывания разных людей, связанные одной темой;
  • чтение (Reading) — проверяется умение кандидата понимать текст, как его общий смысл, так и детали (отдельные выражения, предложения, смысл отдельного абзаца). Все тексты взяты из англоязычных источников и адаптированы под уровень и под вид задания. Это могут быть отдельные фрагменты текста, объединенные одной темой, либо цельный текст, разделенный на абзацы;
  • письмо (Writing). Кандидатам нужно продемонстрировать умение вести письменный диалог в бизнес-сфере. Задания могут быть в виде написания электронного письма, мемо, отчета и пр.;
  • разговорная речь (Speaking). Тестирование осуществляют два независимых экзаменатора, кандидаты сдают экзамен в парах. Если количество кандидатов нечетное, последний кандидат присоединяется к последней паре. В рамках трех заданий каждый кандидат отвечает на три вопроса, делает «мини-презентацию», продолжительность которой составляет примерно одну минуту, и участвует в совместной работе с другим кандидатом. От кандидата требуется проявить умение развернуто отвечать на вопросы, выражать свое мнение, делать презентации и взаимодействовать с другим кандидатом.
